The Bidder MUST hold valid certifications covering: Cisco Managed Services Providers Certificate Cisco Preferred Networking Partner Certificate Cisco Preferred Security Partner Certificate Cisco Collaboration Partner Certificate Must be an established Kuwaiti Company with local offices and local staff. Must have At least ten (5) years of experience in providing Managed Services Must be Certified ISO 20000 IT Service Management (ITSM) The Managed Services Centers must be ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 certified Must be ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management) certified Must have at least 2 (two) similar Managed Services projects in Kuwait, with a minimum contract value of KWD 100,000 for each project for the past 10 (ten) years. Bidder to submit the following details about each reference project: Customer Name, Contract Name, Description of the work, Contract Value, and Contract Date.
