The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment Task, Including The Development Of Full Design Documentation (Including Obtaining All Required Permits And Arrangements), Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Brand New Power Generator In A Soundproofed Atmospheric Casing Along With The Automatic Reserve Switching (Szr) System. The System Will Provide Full Emergency Power Supply To The Headquarters Of The Independent Public Health Care Center Of The District Emergency Medical Service In Sosnowiec And The Associated Emergency Medical Service Station At Ul. Kombajnowcy 76. A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 39 Kw Is Installed On The Building Of The Emergency Medical Service. The Offered Emergency Power Supply System Must Be Designed And Connected To The Network In Such A Way As To Ensure Full, Collision-Free And Safe Interaction Of The Generator With The Existing Photovoltaic Micro-Installation. The Requirements Described By The Ordering Party In The Pfu Are Minimum Requirements. This Means That The Contractor May Offer Devices With Parameters Equivalent Or Better (Higher, More Efficient, More Modern) Than Those Described In The Documentation. The Contractor May Use An Alternative Solution For Mounting The Unit, Provided That It Fully Complies With The Manufacturers Recommendations And Ensures The Proper Functioning Of The Equipment. Funds For The Implementation Of The Task Come From A Targeted Subsidy From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.
