1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of 72 Tons Of Cold Mineral-Asphalt Mixture To The Road Circuit In Iława (14-200 Iława, Ul. Wyszyńskiego 45) And To The Road Circuit In Susz (14-240 Susz, Karolewo 17) 2. The Minimum Quantity Of Deliveries Is 24 Tons And The Maximum Total Quantity Of Deliveries Is 72 Tons3.Mixture Min. – Asphalt For Cold Laying Must Meet The Following Conditions: - Must Be Produced On The Basis Of Fine-Grained Aggregate And Modified Asphalts, - Can Be Used At Temperatures From -15 O C To +30 O C (Without Heating The Mass), - Must Be Packed In Tight Bags, - The Mass Must Be Transported At Least 24 Tons On Pallets (Not Damaged) Enabling Transport With A Hand Pallet Truck, Which Will Become The Property Of The Ordering Party After Delivery Mass, If It Is Not Possible To Drive A Hand Pallet Truck Under The Pallet, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept The Goods To The Supplier And The Associated Costs Will Be Borne By The Contractor, - It Must Be Produced Within 60 Days Before The Planned Delivery, - It Must Have A Minimum Shelf Life Of 6 Months. - The Delivery Of The Material Being The Subject Of This Order Will Be Carried Out On Each Separate Order, Specifying The Quantitative Scope And Delivery Deadlines, In Accordance With The Current Demand. - The Mass Must Be Delivered In Bags 25-30 Kg - The Mass Must Be Delivered Between 07:00 - 09:00 Or Between 13:30 - 14:30 On Working Days (If The Mass Is Delivered At Other Times, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept It And The Associated Costs Will Be Borne By The Contractor), 4.The Order Includes All Costs Related To The Purchase Of The Mixture And Transport Costs To The Ordering Party.5.The Ordering Party Will Unload The Delivered Mass Itself.6. The Cold-Applied Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Corresponding Polish Standard Transposing The European Standard Pn-En 12697-1:200 Asphalt Mixtures. The Mineral-Asphalt Mass Should Meet The Above Standard Or An Equivalent One.
