1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Furniture Together With Delivery And Assembly, Hereinafter Referred To As Products. The Material Specification Of The Order And The Technical Requirements For The Production Of Products Are Specified In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2.The Scope Of The Order A) Includes The Delivery Of Products To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Warsaw, Ul. Krucza 36/ Wspólna 6, Within 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Indicate Rooms For Unloading. Products Delivered In Their Entirety Must Be In Intact Factory Packaging; B) Disassembly And Removal Of Existing Furniture From The Indicated Rooms; C) Assembly And Placement Of The Products In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party; D) Collection By The Contractor Of Empty Packaging After Unpacked Products And Maintaining Proper Order In The Equipped Rooms At The Ordering Partys Headquarters; E) Training In The Operation Of The Seat Mechanisms Indicated In Item 20 Opz;3. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Included In The Annexes To The Swz. The Ordering Party Provides For A Mandatory On-Site Visit At The Ordering Partys Premises, Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, As A Requirement For Submitting An Offer On: September 15, 2026 At 10:00 A.M. An On-Site Visit For Contractors Who Register For The Visit Will Be Carried Out At The Headquarters Of The Ministry Of State Assets In Warsaw, Ul. Krucza 36/ Wspólna 6 (Entrance From Wspólna Street) On The Date Specified By The Ordering Party. Applications For An On-Site Visit Must Be Submitted Via The E-Procurement Platform By September 14, 1:00 P.M. Later Applications Will Not Be Taken Into Account. During The Site Visit, Contractors Will Receive Confirmation Of Its Completion In The Form Of A Protocol. The Ordering Party Requires Contractors To Submit An Application For An On-Site Visit Via The E-Procurement/Communication Platform With A List Of People Who Will Take Part In The Site Visit. The List Is To Include The Name Of The Company And The Name And Surname Of The Person(S) Participating In The Site Visit. Persons Entering The Premises Of The Ministry Of State Assets Must Have A Document In Order To Verify Data By The Facilitys Security. An Offer Submitted By A Contractor Who Has Not Completed The Mandatory On-Site Visit Will Be Rejected On The Basis Of The Provisions Of Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Act. The Ordering Party Recommends That, In Order To Facilitate Verification Of The Inspection, Contractors Attach Confirmation Of The Inspection To Their Offer.
