The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Installation Of A Renewable Energy Source In The Form Of A Photovoltaic Farm With A Capacity Of At Least 0.5 Mwp Ac, Together With An Energy Storage Facility (Bess) With A Capacity Of At Least 0.5 Mw And A Capacity Of At Least 2.5 Mwh, Together With The Necessary Technical, Communication And Power Infrastructure, Divided Into Stages: Stage 1: Photovoltaic Farm And Energy Storage. Development Of All Required Designs, Including Technical And Executive Ones, And Construction Of The Installation. (Photovoltaic Farm) Using Renewable Energy Sources (Res) With A Total Capacity Of At Least: 0.5 Mwp Ac Together With An Lv/Mv Transformer Station And Delivery And Assembly (Construction) Of An Energy Storage Facility (Bess) With A Capacity Of At Least 0.5 Mw And A Capacity Of At Least 2.5 Mwh. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Option Of Constructing An Energy Storage Building And Subsequent Installation Of Equipment Inside. The Energy Storage Must Be Manufactured Prefabricated With Installed Equipment By The Storage Manufacturer. The Storage Manufacturer Is To Be Both The Manufacturer Of The Software For The Device And The Manufacturer Of The Master System. The Offered Bess System Is To Be Of A Centralized Nature (All-In-One), Where All The Main Components Within A Single Bess Unit (Pcs, Battery Modules, Cooling System) Are Integrated In One Battery Container And Tested During Fat Factory Tests. If The Contractor Offers An Energy Storage (Bess) Of A Distributed (Decentralized) Nature, Where The Individual Main Components Within The Bess Unit (Pcs, Battery Modules, Cooling System And Others) Are Not Fully Installed In One Battery Container And Tested During Fat Factory Tests, The Offer Will Be Subject To Rejection, Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. Stage 2: Connections To Jst Buildings. Development Of All Required Technical And Executive Designs, Including Obtaining All Consents, Permits And Arrangements Required By Law, And Construction Of Cable Lines Supplying Designated Public Utility Facilities: Primary School And Kindergarten, Commune Office, Library And Cultural Center, Fire Station. Power Will Be Supplied Through A Distribution Point, The Location Of Which Will Be Determined At The Design Stage.
