The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor For The Needs Of The Gać Commune As Part Of The Task: Strengthening The Logistics Security Of The Gać Commune To Ensure Continuity Of Supplies And Maintain Readiness To Implement Civil Protection And Civil Defense Tasks. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Technically Efficient, Free From Physical Defects (Construction, Material And Workmanship) Or Legal Defects And Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Law. The Tractor Will Be Used As An Element Of The Logistic Security Of The Gać Commune, In Particular To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis Situations, Disasters, Mass Events, Large-Scale And Violent Atmospheric Phenomena, Cbrn Threats And During War, As Well As To Ensure Continuity Of Supplies And Implementation Of Transport And Municipal Tasks. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Minimum Technical And Operational Requirements For The Vehicle And Its Equipment, Are Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
