1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called: Adaptation Of The Building And The Adjacent Post-Industrial Area, After The Sewage Treatment Plant In Korbielów, Into An Sme Development Center, Implemented In The Design And Build System.2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Prepare Design Documentation, Including The Construction Design And Technical Design(S), Cost Estimate(S), Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Along With Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works - For The Entire Scope Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As Prepare A Construction Schedule For Approval By The Ordering Party; 2) Perform Construction Works, Based On The Construction Schedule Developed And Approved By The Ordering Party, The Cost Estimate Documentation Referred To In Point 1) Above, And The Obtained Final Decision On The Construction Permit Or Notification Of Works, And Submit A Complete Application For An Occupancy Permit Or Notification Of Completion Of Works.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), Consisting Of: Functional And Utility Program With Annexes, Conservation Work Program And Conservation Permit.4. It Is Desirable That Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Conducts A Local Inspection Of The Area Where The Works Covered By The Subject Of This Order Will Be Located. Carrying Out A Visit Is Not A Condition For Submitting An Offer In This Procedure. The Costs Of Inspecting The Construction Site Will Be Borne By The Contractor.5. Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With This Swz, The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), The Draft Agreement And In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice, Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Obligation To Perform Works In Accordance With The Above Documents Does Not Release The Contractor From, Among Others: From The Obligation To Verify This Documentation During The Term Of The Contract And Report To The Ordering Party Any Defects Or Omissions Detected Therein, Resulting In The Possibility Of Non-Compliance With The Terms Of The Contract Or Violation Of Legal Provisions.6. From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Construction Site, The Contractor Is Responsible For All Events That Occur During The Execution Of The Contract. The Contractor Shall Be Liable For All Damage Caused To Anyone During Or In Connection With The Construction, Unless There Is No Causal Relationship Between The Performance Of The Works And The Damage Caused. The Contractor Will Be Liable In Particular For: 1) Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Relating To The Contractors Employees And Third Parties Staying In The Area Of The Works Being Carried Out; 2) Damages Resulting From Destruction And Other Events
