Construction Work – Facilities For The Armys Heavy Brigade (Fhtb) At 582 Aalborg Barracks - Building Numbers 157 And 158 And Establishment Of Parking.. The Current Project Is Part Of The Defense Commands And Etks Overall Plan For Facilities For The Armys Heavy Brigade (Fhtb) Fhtb Includes Remodeling And New Construction At A Number Of Establishments Around The Country, Which Must Secure The Facilities For The Armys Heavy Brigade. This Tender Concerns The Main Contract At 582 Aalborg Kaserne. The Construction At Aalborg Barracks Includes The Following: The Project Includes The Construction Of Two Identical Garage Buildings With Associated Office Towers. Each Building Consists Of A Central Garage Facility To Support Day-To-Day Operations As Well As Two Integrated Three-Story Office Towers Located At The Ends Of The Building. The Office Towers Contain Workplaces, Meeting And Teaching Facilities As Well As The Necessary Welfare Functions, Including Lounges, Changing Rooms And Other Staff Facilities. The Garage Buildings Are Designed For Vehicles, Equipment And Associated Operational Functions, While The Office Towers Bring Together The Administrative Functions And Create A Modern Framework For Both Management, Planning And Personnel. The Design Of The Buildings Ensures A Functional Connection Between Operating And Office Functions As Well As Good Internal Connections Between The Work Areas. The Project Also Includes Maneuvering And Driving Areas Around The Buildings, Which Ensure Access And Efficient Operation For Larger Vehicles. In Addition, P Syd, A Larger Parking Lot For Trucks And Other Heavy Vehicles, Will Be Established. The Area Is Designed With A Focus On Traffic Safety And Functionality, Including A Clear Separation Of Driving And Walking Traffic As Well As Safe Pedestrian Connections Between The Parking Areas, The Buildings And The Areas Other Functions.
