Ntnu Is Norways Largest University, With Approx. 43,500 Students And 8,500 Employees. As Of Today, Ntnu Has Up To 35,000 Safety Data Sheets In The Substance Catalog. Ntnu Has Extensive Laboratory And Workshop Activity, With Approx. 300 Laboratories And Workshops With Relatively Extensive Use Of Chemicals And Gases, In Addition To Many Laboratories And Workshops With More Limited Activity. As Of Today, Ntnu Has Approx. 300 People With Editing Access In The Substance Catalog. The Purpose Is To Acquire A User-Friendly Substance Catalog And Exposure Register, Which Supports Both Laboratory And Workshop Activity And Ordinary Operations. The Solution Must Be A Practical Tool For Research, Teaching And Operating Environments, Which Contributes To More Efficient Workflows, Increases The Quality Of The Work And Supports Ntnus Compliance With Relevant Requirements In Norwegian And European Regulations. The Solution Will Be Used In Student Training. The Offered Solution Must Be Complete, And It Must Be Fully Tested So That It Has Been Implemented And Used By Customers With Similar Needs. See Part 2 Appendix 1 The Customers Requirement Specification For Further Information. An Ongoing Service Agreement Must Be Entered Into With A Supplier. The Contract Is Signed Soon After The Expiry Of The Waiting Period. The Solution Must Be Handed Over And Ready For Use Three Months After Contract Signing, Tentatively 01.03.2027. The Duration Of The Contract Is 3 Years, With The Option To Extend Until The Agreement Is Terminated By One Of The Parties.
