Iktnh Will Carry Out A Tender For Gis - Map Solutions For Access And Management. We Regard All Participating Municipalities In This Joint Procurement As A Joint Tender.The Municipalities Of Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Etne, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger, Sveio, Tysnes, Vaksdal And Vindafjord Have Established A Joint Ict Operating Company, Ikt Nordhordland Municipal Task Association (Iktnh).This Request Mainly Applies To:Acquisition Of Gis Platform.It Will Be Open For Complete And/Or Partial Delivery With The Following Options:1. Solution For Gis Which Only Includes A Map Solution For Access And Thematic Data Management.2. Solution For Gis That Only Includes Map Solutions For Administration.The Procurement(S) Will Ensure Future-Oriented Solutions For The Municipalities In The Collaboration, As Well As Contribute To The Greatest Possible Extent To Simplify, Improve And Digitize Work Processes Related To Map Solutions.The Solution Offered Must Be In Continuous Development And Give Users Access To New Versions And Functionality. This Also Applies In Relation To National Joint Components.The Municipalities Must Be Offered New Technologies As They Become Available And Interesting. Functionality Must Be Available According To The Simplest Possible Price Model That Does Not Limit Development, And With The Greatest Possible Integration Between Different Services And Technologies. There Is Also A Requirement That The Solution And The Agreement, In All Relevant Areas, Should Support Ever Closer Cooperation Between The Various Municipalities As Well As Any New Municipalities That Become Part Of The Cooperation.Throughout The Process, The Supplier Must Contribute To The Municipalities Work For Expertise Sharing, Training And Exchange Of Experience Between The Municipalities. We Require That The Supplier Actively Contributes To Achieving All Our Objectives.
