The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Contract For Cooperation With One Supplier Of Film Distribution Services Who Can Receive, Manage And Stream Norwegian Films In Norway.The Service Must Ensure The Publics Access To Purchased Films In Line With The Purpose Of The Film Purchase Scheme. As Of Today, There Are Approx. 450 Norwegian Short And Documentary Films In The Scheme, And Between 50 And 70 Films Are Rolled In And Out Per Year So That The Number Is Relatively Constant.A Complete Description Of The Procurement, Its Purpose And Scope Follows From The Requirements Specification, Appendix 1.
