The Saro Foundation Intends To Contract A Design Team That Is Responsible For Designing And Designing The Renovation And Reorganization Of The Horeca Vakschool Within The Set Requirements And Within The Set Budget And Time. The Result Is A Renovated, Asbestos-Free And Future-Proof School Building, Which Meets Rotterdams Ambition Profile For Fresh Schools. This Concerns A European Non-Public Tender For Design Services From The Design Phase. The Structural Design From The Award Phase Forms The Basis For The Further Development Of The Assignment. The Assignment Concerns An Integral Design Assignment For The Renovation Of The Horeca Vakschool Rotterdam With A Size Of 3,112 M2. The Fee Is Divided Over The Phases As Follows:  Phase 1 Preliminary Design (Creating A Vo):  Phase 2 Final Design (Creating A Do):  Phase 3 Technical Design (Creating A To And Specifications):  Phase 4 Aesthetic Construction Supervision + Delivery And Aftercare (Aesthetic Supervision).
