For The Purpose Of Implementing The Low-Temperature Heat Network, The Client Is Tendering The Following Five Lots: - Lot 1: Network Concept And Heat Network Optimization - Lot 2: Technical Due Diligence And Analysis Of The Existing Network - Lot 3: Planning Of The Energy Center (Including All Heat Generators Within The Energy Center To Be Built, Including All The Associated System Technology) - Lot 4: Planning Of The Heat Network (For Distributing The Heat To The Buildings To Be Supplied And Connection To The Energy Center) - Lot 5: Project Management The Subject Of This Tender Is Exclusively The Project Management Services (Lot 5). Simultaneous Submission Of Offers In Lot 5 And In One Or More Of Lots 1 To 4 Is Not Permitted (Lot Limitation).
