Cargo Handling And Storage Services – Kit Services In Materials Management. I) General: 1. The Contractor (An) Provides The Services Using The Suitable Personnel Named In The Offer. 2. The Billable Detailed Items Along With Key Figures Regarding The Effort For The Individual Service Packages Can Be Found In The Price Sheet. 3. The Contractor Must Ensure That The Personnel Deployed Provide The Services During Business Hours From 8:00 A.M. To 4:30 P.M. (Monday-Friday, Excluding Statutory Holidays). 4. If The Contractor Can No Longer Provide His Service Through The Named And Deployed Staff For Reasons For Which He Is Not Responsible, He May, With The Prior Consent Of The Client (Client), Also Provide His Service Through Another Employee Who Has Been Proven To Be Equally Suitable. The Contractor Must Provide The Client With Written Proof Of Suitability Based On The Standards Used In The Award Procedure. The Client Will Not Unreasonably Refuse His Consent. 5. If The Contractor Can No Longer Provide His Services With Proven Equally Suitable Personnel, The Client Has A Special Right Of Termination With A Notice Period Of 4 Weeks To The End Of The Month. Further Termination Options, Including Due To Poor Performance Despite Two Warnings, Remain Unaffected And Are Also Available To The Client. Termination Due To Poor Performance (After Two Warnings) Can Take Place Without Notice. For Further Details See Appendix A Service Description.
