Within The Scope Of The Present Assignment, The Following Activities Are Planned For Implementation: • Delivery Of Specialized Machine Equipment According To The Prepared Investment Project For The Site; • Execution Of Installation Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And The Scope And Content Of The Approved Investment Project; • Preparation Of: - Commissioning Program For Conducting Single And 72-Hour Tests Before Putting The Site Into Operation; - Manual For Maintenance And Operation Of The Object, Incl. Equipment Maintenance Plan; • Training Of The Employers Staff, Monitoring And Support Of The Operation And Maintenance Of The Object; • Assistance In Putting The Site Into Operation - Protocol Form 16 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works, Promulgated Dv. No. 72 Of August 15, 2003, Amended. Dv. No. 37 Of May 4, 2004, Amended. Dv. No. 29 Of April 7, 2006, Amended. And Add. Dv. No. 98 Of December 11, 2012, Amended. And Add. Dv.
