Tenders are invited for Supply of One (1) Enterprise Rack Server Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to one percent (1%) of the total bid price of the Lot(s) for which the Bidder submits a bid. The Bid Security shall be provided in the form of cash deposit or bank guarantee and submitted with the technical proposal. Bidders must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the RFP and submit the required legal, financial, technical, experience, and other supporting documents. Submission Deadline: Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separately sealed envelopes on or before October 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at the Procurement and Facility Managers Office, Room No. 308. Bid Opening: Bids will be opened on October 6, 2026, at 10:30 AM local time at the address below, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
