The Product Must Be New, Without Defects, Fully Comply With The Technical Specifications, And Be Accompanied By The Documents Provided For In Clause 5.1 Of The Agreement. Delivery, Transportation, Unloading, Bringing In And Moving The Goods To The Place Of Delivery Are Carried Out By The Forces And At The Expense Of The Supplier. Delivery Is Carried Out On Working Days And Working Hours. When Handing Over The Goods, The Supplier Ensures The Presence Of A Representative To Participate In The Acceptance And Resolve Any Issues Identified. Transfer Of Goods Without A Representative Is Permitted By Prior Agreement With The Customer.
