Bids Are invited for Custom Bid For Services - Manpower Outsourcing Services For Routine Breakdown Maintenance Jobs Of Power House Ie Turbine Miv Auxiliary Gate And Hoists Water Supply Hard Coating And W And T And Related Office Work In The Njhps For Two Years - Resouces Required For Underground Works , Resouces Required For Over Ground Works , Resources Required For Overtime (Underground Work) , Resources Required For Overtime (Overground Work) , Resources Required For Works At 30Ft. Height And Above During Normal/Overtime Hours (Overground Work/ Underground Work) , One Lot Means Eight (08) Working Hours Of Resource Of Respective Category. , Resources Means Manpower. , The Breakup Of The Lots As Per Work Head Alongwith Detail Of Manpower Has Been Mentioned In Annexure-I , The Labour Rates To Be Quoted By The Bidders Shall Include Various Components Such As Applicable Minimum Wages (Basic +Vda), Epf, Tunnel Allowance, Weekly Off, Special Additional Alllwance@10% Of (Basic + Vda), Contractor Profit & Over Head Charges. , The Tunnel Allowance @20% Of The ( Basic + Vda) Wages Of The Appropriate Catogary Shall Be Paid Extra In Case Of Resourses /Workers Deployed For Underground Works , The Rate Of The Overtime Shall Be Paid To The Resouces /Workers By The Contractor In Line With The Applicable Rules/Act , The Rate /Wage For Working Above 30Ft Hight @ 20% Of The (Basic + Vda) Wages Of The Appropriate Category Shall Be Paid Extra In Case Resouces Deployed For Working At 30 Ft & Above. , Overtime Has Been Considered For The Breakdown , Maintanance For Some Designated Works Head Like Mechanical Equipments (Turbine, Miv, Auxuliary, Gate & Hoist) And Water Supply System Etc. , The Applicable Gst For Part-I , Ii, Iii & Iv Shall Be Released On Submission Of Gst Invoice As Per Gst Act.
