Supply Of side wall complete for lhb bangladesh non-ac chair car , side wall complete for lhb bangladesh non-ac chair car. note:-(1)supply of loose items should be as per dy cple -i letter no. rcf/hsq/plg/ppsh/13631 dated 14.08.202 6. (2) make/manufacturer of raw material shall be m/s jsl or m/s sail. (3) in drawings mig welding (131) is to be read as tig welding (141) as per design letter no. md46231 dated 16.03.2024., as per drawing: bje14001 alt nil, packing instruction: 1. the supplier shall pack t he side wall set (minimum one c/set ) in a suitably designed returnable fixture(as per d rawing no icf/j&t/misc-2201 alt. `e?) in such a way that side wall shell not get scratche d, damaged ,twisted during transportation ,storage and lifting and to avoid scratche s on outer surface. it should be wrapped with environment friendly material and it sh ould have standard clamping/fastening mechanism so that it can be opened easily. it s hould have firms identification mark . 2. first returnable fixture along with set of sid e wall shall be retained by rcf & this fixture shall be exchanged in the second lot sup ply and so on. at the end of the contract , the firm shall collect the remaining return able packing fixture from rcf. 3. the packing fixture/frame to be fabricated having suf ficient strength to bear approx 4 tonne load in static & moving condition of one coac h set of side wall. 4. the fixture/frame /pallet should be designed so that the packed si de wall remain in vertical/slanting position to minimize surface area and to avoid road bumps. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ]
