Supply Of under frame (vb sleeper ndtc) , under frame complete for vbs/ndtc/cw t drg no a0611001, alt nil. firm shall fulfill the manufacturing facility as per icf/md/spec-147, issue status-01, rev.02 with am endment no.02. for painting note 1.2 of drg no (538)lwlrrm-1-1-116, alt e to be followed special condition : under frame should be supplied as normal side up and side bearer side down. packing to be as per icf/j&t/misc-2487, alt b. there will be minor modifications in design. firm shall obtain the final drawings before manufacturing. note: application of a luminium welding coat to rcf spec mdts 28272 latest revision on top surface of cross members shall be ensured before welding the trough floor with cross members to avoid bi-metallic corrosion.[safety item] [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] [quantity tolerance (+/-): 5 %age , item category : normal , total po value variation permitt ed: max 8 lacs ] ]
