The Successful Bidder Should Produce Atleast Once During The Currency Of The Original Cpcb Certificate On The Basis Of Which The Depot Officer Will Certify The Xerox Copy And Keep In Record For Further Action. This Should Be Done Before Making First Delivery. The Successful Bidder Should Also Submit The Cpcb Pass Book And Other Relevant Documents As Per The Extant Rules At The Time Of Taking Delivery For Verification Of Originals And Entry Of Delivered Quantity In Cpcb Pass Book.
