Stichting Koraal Groep Intends To Conclude One Framework Agreement For The Supply, Distribution And Support Of Physical And Digital Learning Resources And Associated Licenses For Its Schools Within Secondary Special Education. The Assignment Includes Facilitating Annual Orders And Repeat Orders, Delivery To Multiple Locations, Making A Digital Ordering Portal Available, License Management, Returns Handling, User Support And Providing Management Information. This Concerns Approximately 1,350 Students. This Number May Fluctuate During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With One Contractor For An Initial Period Of Two Years, With The Option Of Two One-Year Extensions. The Intended Starting Date Is January 1, 2027. The Assignment Is Not Divided Into Lots Due To The Substantive And Operational Coherence Between Delivery, Distribution And Management Of The Learning Resources. Stichting Koraal Groep Reserves The Right To Purchase Educational Materials That The Contractor Cannot Supply From Third Parties.
