The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended) For The Needs Of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O.O. In Słupsk. The Estimated (Projected) Electricity Consumption [Mwh] In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Is 2,443,000 Mwh, Including Trade Balancing. The Projected Energy Consumption Specified By The Ordering Party Is Indicative Only And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Quantity And Is Not The Limit For Its Purchase. Any Change In The Estimated Consumption Will Not Result In Any Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From Billing For The Actual Amount Of Energy Consumed At The Price Specified In The Contract. This Order Does Not Cover Electricity Distribution Services. Distribution Services Are Provided On The Basis Of Separate Contracts Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Distribution System Operator (Dso), Which Is Energa - Operator S.A. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Containing The Locations And Description Of Electricity Consumption Points And The Contract Template (Annex No. 9 To The Swz) Together With A List Of Electricity Consumption Points Covered By The Contract And A Power Of Attorney Template, Constituting An Integral Part Of This Swz.
