The Object Of The Framework Agreement Consists In The Purchase Of Voice And Mobile Data Services With A Mobile Device Management Application Permanently Available, 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day, 365 Days A Year, With Availability Rates In Accordance With The Legal Norms In Force, A Purchase Made From Own Funds. Communication Services Will Be Provided In Compliance With All Legal Regulations In The Field. Mobile Voice And Data Services Will Be Provided Entirely Through The Bidders Own Communications Network. Minimum Framework Agreement Value – 2,737,800.00 Lei Maximum Framework Agreement Value – 2,890,800.00 Lei Value Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract – 912,600.00 Lei Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract – 963,600.00 Lei The Quantities (Minimum And Maximum) For The Subsequent Contracts And The Framework Agreement Are Specified In The Specifications At Chapter Estimated Quantities. - The Value Of The Possible Additions Is 289,080.00 Lei Without Vat. The Technical And Financial Offers Will Fall Within The Estimated Value, Without The 10% Addition, Respectively In The Maximum Estimated Value Of 2,890,800.00 Lei Without Vat. The Requirements In The Specifications Are Minimum And Mandatory. In This Sense, Any Service Offer That Deviating From The Specifications Or Presenting Services That Do Not Meet The Requirements Therein, Will Be Rejected As Non-Compliant. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reallocate All Types Of Services, Subject To The Provisions Of Article 221, Letter E) Of Law No. 98/2016 By Concluding An Addendum To The Framework Agreement, Respecting Its Initial Value. If The Initial Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Also Requested, In This Case The Other Provisions Of Law No. 98/2016 Will Become Applicable.
