Telecommunication Consultancy Services – Strengthening Digital Connectivity And The Digital Transformation Of Businesses And Public Services In Albania. The Objective Of This Contract Is To Advance The Implementation Of Albania’S Digital Agenda In Selected Sectors By Improving Ict Infrastructure And Aligning Electronic Communications Policies With National And Eu Objectives. It Will Support The Albanian Institutions, In Particular The Relevant Ministry And Akep (Hereinafter The Beneficiaries) To Increase Their Capabilities To Promote Trust In The Global Digital Ecosystem By Advancing Inclusive And Affordable Connectivity So That All Citizens Can Benefit From The Digital Economy And The Future Of Internet. In More Details It Will Help Prepare The Documentations For Conducting Geographical Survey And The Methodology On Very High Capacity Networks In The Implementation Of Article 43 Of The Law No 54/2024 On Electronic Communication Law In Albania In Conformity With Article 22 Of Eecc Directive And Eu Practice And Drafting Secondary Legislation Aligned With The Eu Regulation 2024/1309 For Gia, Based On Very High-Capacity Networks (Vhcn) With Fibre Optic And 5G. It Will Also Perform The Technical Study For 5G Use Cases In Smart Communities Based On Eu Best Practices, Design And Implementation Of A Pilot Project With 5G And Awareness On Gigabit Infrastructure And 5G For Relevant Stakeholders.
