Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy – Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Medical University Of Warsaw. 1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Medical University Of Warsaw For A Period Of 12 Months. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz), Containing An Estimate Of The Demand For Electricity Over A 12-Month Period, Determined On The Basis Of Energy Consumption In Previous Years, According To The Tariffs Specified In This Document. 3. The Estimated Amount Of Energy Supplied, Within The Scope Of The Basic Order, During The Order Execution Period Is 13,650,000 Kwh. 5. Under The Contract, The Project Of Which Is Annex No. 7 To The Swz, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Provide Commercial Balancing Services Of The Energy Supplied And Electricity Generated In The Existing And Future Installations Of Renewable Energy Sources (Res) Of The Ordering Party. In The Event Of A Surplus Of Electricity Introduced Into The Network Of The Distribution System Operator (Dso), The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect And Balance It In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Agreement. 6. The Ordering Party Also Requires That, To Calculate The Price, The Contractor Uses One, Flat-Rate Unit Price Of Electricity For All Tariff Groups B, C And G, Connection Points, And Without Any Division Into Night And Day Tariffs.
