Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services – Waste Collection And Management In The City Of Zakopane. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Mixed Municipal Waste And Waste Collected In A Selective Manner, Including: Paper, Metals And Plastics, Glass, Bio-Waste, Clothing* And Textiles* (*Applies To Collection Only During The Collection Of Large-Sized Waste In Transparent Bags With A Capacity Of 120 L) From Residential And Non-Residential Properties Covered By The Municipal Management System. Municipal Waste From The Area Of The Zakopane City Commune. 2. The Concept Of Real Estate Used Hereinafter Should Be Understood As Real Estate Where Residents Live, Real Estate Which Is Partly Inhabited By Residents And Partly Not Inhabited By Residents, And Where Municipal Waste Is Generated, And Real Estate Where No Residents Live And Where Municipal Rainfall Is Generated. 3. On The Day Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Receive From The Ordering Party A Detailed List Of Properties From Which Municipal Waste Will Be Collected - 9,364 Collection Points (As Of June 30, 2026). 4. The Number Of Properties From Which Waste Will Be Collected, Indicated In Point 3, May Change As A Result Of Submitted Declarations On The Amount Of The Fee For Municipal Waste Management. 5. The Presented List Of Properties Covered By The Order, Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz, Will Be Supplemented/Corrected On An Ongoing Basis In Accordance With The Submitted Declarations On The Amount Of The Fee For Municipal Waste Management. Changes To The Data Contained In The Above-Mentioned List Will Be Transferred In Electronic Form And/Or In The Form Of A Printout With Confirmation Of Receipt By The Contractor At Least Once A Week. 6. The Order Also Covers The Collection Of Waste From The Tatra National Park. 7. The Order Does Not Cover The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Municipal Street Bins. 8. This Order Does Not Cover The Operation Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. 9. The Table Below Shows The Total Amount Of Municipal Waste Expected To Be Collected And Managed During The Contract Period: 20/03/01 - Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste - 9,825; 15 01 01 - Paper And Cardboard Packaging - 400; 15 01 06 - Mixed Packaging Waste - 1048; 15 01 07 - Glass Packaging - 1115; 20 02 01 - Biodegradable Waste - 750; 17 01 02 - Brick Rubble - 15; 17 01 07 - Mixed Waste From Concrete, Brick Rubble, Waste Ceramic Materials And Equipment Elements Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 01 06 50 20 03 07 - Bulky Waste - 330; 20 01 10 - Clothing* - 12; 20 01 11 - Textiles* - 15; 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee That The Amount Of Waste Indicated In Point 10 Will Be Constant During The Duration Of The Contract - In Accordance With The Provisions Of Section 4 Above. 11. The Amounts Of Municipal Waste Given Are Estimates And Were Calculated Based On Data From Previous Years, Taking Into Account Expected Changes (Introduction Of The Deposit System). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Deliveries
