The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of New Green Bus Shelters Along With The Dismantling Of Existing Bus Shelters In The Wałbrzych Commune. 1.1. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: 1) Deliver And Install 6 Pieces Of 4-Module Green Bus Shelters Adapted To The Installation Of Integrated, Single-Sided Large-Format Monitors Intended For Outdoor Use With A Screen Diagonal In The Range Of 70-80 Inches; 2) Delivery And Assembly Of 4 Pieces Of 4-Module Green Bus Shelters; 3) Delivery And Assembly Of 6 Pieces Of 5-Module Green Bus Shelters Adapted To The Installation Of Integrated, Single-Sided Large-Format Monitors Intended For Outdoor Use With A Screen Diagonal In The Range Of 70-80 Inches; 4) Connecting New Green Bus Shelters To The Existing Electrical Installation Or Connecting To A Distribution Box Located At The Stop. 5) Dismantling, Loading, Transporting And Unloading 15 Existing Bus Shelters From 14 Locations In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Wałbrzych; 6) Development, Obtaining, Approval And Implementation Of Construction Work Designs And Temporary Traffic Organization Necessary For The Installation Of Bus Shelters; 7) Carrying Out A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory; 8) Securing The Site Of Construction Works And Marking Them In Order To Protect Employees, Bystanders And Road Users; 9) Tidying Up The Area And Restoring The Elements Of The Road (Road, Sidewalk, Bay, Etc.); 10) Measurements Of Insulation Resistance And Measurements Of The Effectiveness Of Anti-Shock Protection For Each Shelter. The Ordering Party Will Reject An Offer In Which The Share Of Products, Including Software Used In Telecommunications Network Equipment, Originating From European Union Member States, Countries With Which The European Union Has Concluded Agreements On Equal Treatment Of Entrepreneurs, Or Countries To Which The Provisions Of Directive 2014/25/Eu Apply Pursuant To A Council Decision Does Not Exceed 50% Of The Total Value Of The Products Covered By The Offer.
