Operation Of A Refuse Site – Operation Of The Sanitary Waste Landfill (H.Y.T.A.) Polygyro Pe. Chalkidiki. The Object Of The Present Is The Provision Of Operation And Maintenance Services Of The X.Y.T.A. Of The 3Rd Administrative Unit Of Halkidiki Province (H.Y.T.A. Polygyros). Specifically: The Provider, At His Own Responsibility And Expense, Must Carry Out All The Necessary Actions For The Operation, Maintenance And Environmental Management Of The Hyta. Operation Means All The Services, Supplies, And Works Required To Ensure The Proper Operation Of The X.Y.T.A. Maintenance Means The Services As Well As The Supply Of Spare Parts Of Any Cost Provided By The Provider, In Order To Ensure The Continuous And Smooth Operation Of All The Individual Facilities Of X.Y.T.A. Without Interrupting Or Reducing The Performance Of Any Part Of X.Y.T.A.S Plant, Equipment And Components, As Well As Maintaining All Equipment In Good Condition For The Period Specified By The Contract Including The Existing Leachate Treatment Plant. Environmental Management Means All The Necessary Control, Monitoring, Measurement, Drawing Up Of Studies, Reports And Application Of The Environmental Conditions Defined In The A.E.P.O., In The Operating License As Well As In The Environmental Legislation And Concerning The X.Y.T.A. Area. Polygyros But Also In The Places Declared In A.E.P.O. Beyond X.Y.T.A. Also, This Contract Concerns The Supply, Installation, Adjustment And Operation Of Equipment Necessary For The Smooth Operation Of The Site. In Particular, The Provider Will Procure, Install, Set Up And Operate: • An Electromagnetic Flow Meter For The Output Of The Processed Products From The Reverse Osmosis Unit And • A Wireless Security System For The Entire Area. The Duration Of This Contract Is Set At 11 Months Plus The Thirty (30) Days Required For The Installation And Readiness Of The Provider To Provide The Services. Also, Fodsa Is Given The Possibility To Enter Into A Contract By Virtue Of An Option Clause To Provide The Services For An Additional Period Of Twelve (12) Months.
