Conclusion Of A Framework Contract For The Sale And Purchase Of Polyelectrolyte Specified In Detail In The Technical Description And Public Procurement Documents And For The Performance Of Related Services For Heves Megyei Vízmű Zrt. The Task Includes The Delivery Of Polyelectrolyte Dosed For Sewage Sludge Dewatering And Sludge Thickening To The Specified Sites And Warehouses, As Well As The Provision Of Dosing And Application Technical Service Tasks Related To The Use Of The Chemical, As Well As The Necessary Expert Advice, Up To A Maximum Amount Of 700,000 Euros Based On The Individual Orders Of The Bidder. The Planned Quantity For 36 Months Is 131,000 Kg. The Polyelectrolyte Must Not Contain Components That Worsen The Conditions Of The Current (E.G. Agricultural) Disposal Of The Sludge. Polyelectrolyte Cannot Have A Negative Effect On The Condition Of Sludge Dewatering Machines. The Polyelectrolyte Must Not Reduce The Performance Of The Sludge Thickening/Dewatering Machines To Such An Extent That It Makes It Impossible To Thicken/Dewater The Entire Amount Of Sludge Produced Or Delivered At The Plant During The Operating Hours Of The Plant. The Use Of Auxiliary Chemicals (E.G. Antifoam) Is Prohibited! The Tenderer Concludes The Framework Contract For A Fixed Period Of 36 Months, With The Possibility Of Extending It For An Additional Six Months With A Unilateral Declaration Of Rights. The Tenderer Undertakes To Draw Down 100% Of The Total Amount. The Tenderer Draws The Tenderers Attention To The Fact That The Transport Needs And Quantities Are Variable, Depending On The Current Operational Needs For Each Site. Product Parameters: Polyelectrolyte Product (Solid: Powder-Microbeads Or Emulsion) In A Design That Matches The Given Technology And Technical Parameters. Individual Orders Must Be Delivered By The Delivery Date Specified In The Contract. In Relation To The Sites, The Required Dewatered/Condensed Sewage Sludge Dry Matter Content Specified By The Bidder In The Detailed Price Offer And Professional Offer Document Must Be Maintained. Each Wastewater Treatment Plant Must Be Offered A Chemical In A State That Can Be Used Under Operating Conditions Using The Technical Conditions Available There. The Successful Bidder Must Ensure The Delivery And Unloading Of The Ordered Products To The Address Specified By The Customer. The Unit Prices Must Also Include The Consideration For All Related Services Included In This Call, The Technical Description And Public Procurement Documentation.
