The City Of Salo (Hereafter The Procurement Entity / Customer) Requests Bids For The Publication Of The Citys Announcements In Newspapers In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Procurement Contract Period Is From 1 January 2027 To 31 December 2028. In Addition, The Customer Reserves The Option For Two One-Year Option Years For The Years 2029 And 2030. The Option Refers To The Continuation Of The Procurement Under The Original Conditions. The Subscriber Decides On The Use And Duration Of The Options Separately. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Publication Of Various Announcements, Announcements And Marketing Material In Newspapers Of All The Citys Service Areas. Official Notices, Announcements And Other Notices Contain, For Example, The Matters To Be Notified In The Land Use And Construction Act, The Environmental Protection Act And Decree, The Election Act And The Waste Act. In Addition To The Citys Official Announcements, Other City Announcements Are Also Published, Such As Announcements And Advertisements Related To Events And Free Time. Announcements Of The City Of Salo Are Published In The Manner Stipulated In § 108 Of The Municipal Act On The Public Information Network And, If Required By Special Legislation, On The Citys Official Notice Board. In Order To Ensure Equal Access To Information For The Citizens Of The Municipality, Municipal Announcements Are Published Not Only In The Public Information Network, But Also In Newspapers Published In The Area At The Citys Discretion. The City Of Salo Reserves The Right To Use Other Newspapers To Publish Its Announcements, If It Is Appropriate For The Matter To Be Announced. For Example, Vacancies And Employment Announcements Can Be Published In Other Newspapers As Well.
