Cytometers – Flow Cytometer With Evaluation Software And Control And Middleware Computer Including Provision Of Post-Warranty Activities. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of A Flow Cytometer With Evaluation Software And A Control And Middleware Computer (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Device, Goods, Medical Device/S Or Simply Zp), The Provision Of Warranty Activities For The Institute Of Clinical Immunology And Allergology, The Clients Clinic (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ukia), On The Basis Of A Purchase And Service Contract, Under The Conditions Specified In The Procurement Documentation. The Subject Of This Public Contract Also Includes: • Provision Of Post-Warranty Activities For The Goods For An Indefinite Period, Based On The Purchase And Service Contract, Under The Conditions Specified In The Procurement Documentation. The Offered Goods Must Be Placed On The Market In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, I.E. Regulation (Eu) 2017/745 Of The European Parliament And Council (Or Regulation (Eu) 2017/746 Of The European Parliament And Council), Or In Accordance With The Relevant Transitional Provisions Of These Regulations And Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On In Vitro Medical And Diagnostic Medical Devices, As Amended. New, Unused And Non-Refurbished Goods Must Be Delivered, With A Minimum Warranty Of 24 Months. The Submitted Offer (And Therefore Also The Offer Price) Must Include Delivery, Moving In, Putting The Goods Into Operation, Connection To The Contracting Partys Data Network, Installation Calibration, Validation, Assembly/Installation And Briefing/Training Of Personnel In Accordance With Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Devices And In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices - Hereinafter Also Only On Medical Devices. If The Manufacturer Has Limited The Life Of The Offered Goods For Any Reason And In Any Way, This Limitation Must Not Be For A Period Of Less Than 120 Months From Commissioning And Handing Over To The Client. The Goods Must Be Free Of Factual And Legal Defects. The Subject Of The Public Contract Must Meet All The Requirements Imposed On It By The Legal Regulations Of The Czech Republic, As Well As The Requirements Specified In This Procurement Documentation.
