Digital Mapping Services – Re-Tendering Framework Agreement Screening Of Field Blocks And Associated Map Themes. In The Tender, Sgav Will Put The Screening Part Of A Large Part Of The Field Blocks And Associated Map Themes, Which Must 1. Be Processed, Out To The Supplier. This Screening Must Be Carried Out According To Specific Guidelines, Cf. This Appendix 1 (Situation Description) And Appendix 3 (Screening Guidelines). We Are Talking About Screening A Limited Number Of Field Blocks Of 60,000 – 120,000 Annually, As Sgav Itself Handles Certain Field Blocks, E.G. Due To Their High Complexity, If There Are Proposed Changes To The Field Block, Or If Analysis Shows That There Is A High Probability That The Field Block Or An Associated Map Theme Needs Fixing. After The Suppliers Screening, Sgav Will Itself Edit The Field Blocks And Associated Map Themes Where Editing Is Needed. However, The Supplier Must Update Certain Attribute Data For All The Screened Field Blocks, As Described In Appendix 4 (Intersection Description). Assessment Of The Field Blocks And The Associated Map Themes At The Supplier Must Be Done In Particular On The Basis Of Orthophotos From The Past Three Years, Certain Attribute Data On The Field Blocks And The Associated Map Themes, As Well As The Field Drawings From The Applicants.
