Promotional Services - Promotion Of The Ordering Party By The Contractor During Football Sports Competitions At The 1St League Level, In National Competitions. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Promotion Of The Ordering Party By The Contractor During Football Sports Competitions At The 1St League Level, In National Competitions, In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To March 31, 2027. Promotional Services Will Be Provided For A Minimum Of 15 Matches. As Part Of The Ordering Partys Promotion, The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With: A) Awarding The Title Of Strategic Partner Of The Match To The Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune, B) Two Advertising Banners Of Min. Size 3 M X 1.2 M With The Ordering Partys Logo And Placing Them On The Fences Surrounding The Playing Field (Pitch), C) Min. 2 Sponsored Competitions For The Audience, In Which The Prizes Will Be Gadgets With The Ordering Partys Logo, During Away And Home Matches, D) Including The Name Of Grodzisk Mazowiecki In The Name Of The Team Entered In The Competition, E) Displaying The Ordering Partys Logo On The Players T-Shirts (During Each Match) F) Placing The Ordering Partys Logo In The Match Program And All Advertising Media Related To The Promotion Of This Event (Posters, Leaflets, Invitations, Tickets), G) Presentation Of The Ordering Partys Logo In In A Visible Place Close To The Playing Field (Pitch) During Away And Home Matches, H) Advertising Of The Ordering Party On The Contractors Website, I) Participation Of At Least 3 Players And Coaches Of The Contractor In Promotional And Charity Events And Meetings Indicated By The Ordering Party, J) Possibility Of Participation Of Team Leaders And Coaches Of The Contractor In Media Campaigns Promoting The Ordering Party, Indicated By The Ordering Party, K) Possibility Of Free Use By The Ordering Party Of The Image, Team Logo And The Image Of Players Contractors, L) Providing Information By The Announcer (At Least 3 Times During The Event) That The Match Is Supported By The Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune, M) Placing A Flag With The Logo Of The Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune, Dimensions 1.5 M X 1 M Made Of Polyester Fabric, On The Pitch During The Match, Note: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Photographic Documentation Confirming The Ordering Partys Promotion In Accordance With This Agreement, Specified In § 1 Of This Agreement, On The Following Dates: October 30, 2026, November 30, 2026, December 30, 2026, March 31, 2027.
