Overall Renovation Of The Seerose Restaurant; General Planning Services (Subject To Credit Approval) The “Seerose” Restaurant In The Wollishofen District Was Built In 1976 As Part Of The Port Facility. The Last Major Repair Work Was Carried Out In 1999/2000. Since Then, Periodic Maintenance Work And Partial Repairs Have Taken Place. Extensive Structural Measures Are Now Required For Overall Repairs. The Actual Surroundings Of The Restaurant Largely Consist Of The Pier Belonging To The Wollishofen Harbor With The Restaurant Terrace And The Old Jetty, Which Are Being Repaired In A Separate Process By The Civil Engineering Department In Coordination With The Overall Renovation Of The “Seerose” Restaurant. The Repairs Are Scheduled To Begin In 2028 And The Restaurant Will Reopen In 2031. The Aim Is To Ensure That The “Seerose” Harbor Restaurant Is Usable For The Next 25-30 Years With A Cost-Effective Overall Renovation.
