Request for proposals for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Institutional Audio, Acoustic and Communications Systems Objective of the Assignment The objective of this procurement is to engage a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, install, configure, integrate, test, commission and hand over modern digital teaching and presentation technologies for all learning and training spaces of the NLA academic facility. Equip all learning and training spaces - executive classrooms, lecture theatres, training rooms, boardrooms and seminar rooms - with modern digital teaching and presentation technologies. Provide interactive, hybrid-ready presentation and digital learning systems suitable for inperson, hybrid and blended learning delivery. Ensure interoperability between displays, lecterns, control systems and the audio and network infrastructure procured under the related tenders. Ensure all items are delivered, installed, tested, labelled, documented and handed over with warranties, manuals and user orientation. Create an accessible learning technology environment usable by all, including persons with disabilities and women, in line with NLAs inclusive learning mandate. 6. Scope of Supply and Services 6.1 Scope of this Tender The assignment shall be delivered as a complete package for this tender. The selected bidder shall be responsible for all supplies, services, logistics, labour, installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities within this scope, including: Interactive smart boards for training classrooms. Interactive flat panel displays for executive classrooms, boardrooms and seminar rooms. Digital lecterns with integrated control, connectivity and cable management. Wireless presentation systems enabling cable-free screen sharing. Presentation control systems for source switching and room control. Projection systems (high-brightness laser projectors) and projection screens for large learning spaces. Classroom presentation equipment including document cameras and facilitation tools. Audience response systems for interactive polling and assessment. Digital learning equipment, including device charging and management solutions. Delivery to the NLA campus in Kismayo, including transport, customs clearance where applicable, offloading, handling and safe storage.
