Tenders are invited for Construction of Five Residential Units (2 Bungalows and 3 Villas) for the Nugaal Hills Residential Development Project in Garowe, Puntland, Somalia Nugaal Hills Residential Development Project Garowe, Puntland The Works comprise the construction, completion and remedying of defects of five (5) residential units, together with all associated internal and external works: Section Unit Ref. Description 1 B-1 Construction of Bungalow Type-1 2 B-2 Construction of Bungalow Type-2 3 V-1 Construction of Villa Type-1 4 V-2 Construction of Villa Type-2 5 V-3 Construction of Villa Type-3 Tender Document Fee A non-refundable fee of USD 150 (one hundred and fifty United States Dollars) is payable for each set of Tender Documents.
