Sustainable Agrifood Systems Sector Project - CS-04 Audit of Annual Project Financial Statements Approval Date: 03-Jul-2025 Deadline of Submitting EOI: 06-Oct-2026 11:59 PM Manila local time Estimated Commencement Date: 15-Feb-2027 Consulting Services Budget: 71,100 USD Engagement Period: 24 MONTH Other information: Point 1: The PMU will only accept EOIs submitted through ADBs Consultant Management System (CMS). EOIs submitted by email will not be accepted. Point 2: This is a national procurement package. Foreign audit firms are welcome to participate this bid, provided that they hold a valid license to conduct external audit services in Lao PDR and are duly authorized or approved by the Ministry of Finance of Lao PDR. Point 3: (i) CVs of auditors and/or other personnel or staff of the firm will not be considered during the EOI evaluation. Firms are therefore requested not to attach such CVs to their EOI submissions. (ii) Individuals who have appropriate authorization to legally reside and work in Lao PDR but do not hold the nationality of Lao PDR may also be considered as national consultants.
