Esbjerg Municipality Hereby Publishes The Tender Material Regarding The Emptying Of Gutter Wells, Line Drains, Seepage Wells And Sand Traps. The Agreement Includes Operation And Maintenance Of Road Drainage Systems On Public Roads, Paths, Squares, Parking Lots And Tunnels Throughout The Municipality. The Contract Is Expected To Enter Into Force On 1 January 2027 With A Term Of 6 Years. The Task Includes, Among Other Things, Approx. 15,000 Gutter Wells On The Overall Road Network, Approx. 18,700 Wells On Residential Roads As Well As Path Wells, Line Drains, Sand Traps And Seepage Wells. The Emptyings Are Carried Out With Different Frequencies Depending On The Road Type And Area, Just As The Agreement Includes The Possibility Of Extra And Urgent Emptyings If Necessary. Among Other Things, There Are Requirements For: Thorough Emptying And Cleaning, So That The Drainage Systems Work As Intended. Digital Registration And Documentation Of All Emptying Carried Out In The Municipalitys Gis System. Checking The Function Of The Wells And Reporting Damages And Errors.
