Agricultural Or Forestry Machinery Specialist – Articulated Forestry Tractors And Maintenance Services. Articulated Forestry Tractors In The Amount Of 20 Pcs., Including Periodic Technical Maintenance Services According To The Manufacturers Manual During The Contract Period, Within The Limit Of A Maximum Of 3000 Operating Hours (Inclusive) And The Special Devices Requested - Chain Nets With Spurs For Each Wheel (Total 4 Pcs/Machine). The Buyer Will Be Able To Request The Addition Of The Contract Amount By A Maximum Of 50%, Representing 10 (Ten) Pieces Of Articulated Forestry Tractors, 10 Pcs. Periodic Technical Services And 40 Pcs. Special Devices (Chain Nets With Spurs For Each Wheel). The Need For The Purchase Arises From The Obligations To Fulfill The Incidental Legal Requirements. Thus, Art. 72 Para. (12) From Law No. 331/2024 - The Forestry Code Stipulates That Shaped Wood From Public Property Is Recovered From Warehouses In A Proportion Of At Least 50% Of The Shaped Wood Starting From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Law (January 12, 2025) And At Least 70% Of The Shaped Wood Starting From 2030. Equipment Maintenance Services Are Also Purchased, For A Duration Of Up To 36 Months From Delivery (Minimum 24 Months According To The Specifications) And Operating Time Per Machine Up To 3000 Hours (Minimum 2000 Operating Hours), To Maintain Them In Appropriate Technical Condition, With A Direct Effect On Their Productivity And The Performance Of Specific Tasks By The Subunits And Control Units.
