First Stage: Construction Of A Wastewater Treatment Plant, Construction Of Main Sewerage Branch 1 Along Lipnik Street And Pliska Street, Nikolovo Village, With A Length Of About 4,355 L.M. And Replacement Of An Existing Water Pipe Ф 150 Mm Ac With Pevp Ф 160 Mm, With A Length Of About 4,000 L.M. Second Stage: Construction Of A Sewerage And Water Supply Network Of The Rest Of The Settlement Within The Boundaries Of The Urbanized Territory (Without Main Branch 1) With A Length Of About 32,097 L.M. The Public Procurement In The Part Of Construction Covers Only The First Stage: Construction Of A Wastewater Treatment Plant And Construction Of The Main Sewerage Branch 1 On Lipnik Street And Pliska Street, Nikolovo Village, With A Length Of About 4,355 L.M. And Replacement Of An Existing Water Pipe Ф 150 Mm Ac With Pevp Ф 160 Mm, With A Length Of About 4,000 L.M. The Total Term For Order Fulfillment Is Up To 900 Calendar Days), Divided As Follows:The Term For The Preparation Of The Technical Project Is Up To 100 Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Contract Letter From The Contracting Authority To The Contractor For Starting The Design Activity.The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Smr Is Up To 800 Calendar Days From The Signing Of The Protocol For The Opening Of The Construction Site And Determination Of The Construction Line And Level Of The Construction - According To The Model, According To Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2013 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction And Ends With The Drawing Up Of A Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction (Appendix No. 15 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction).The Period For Exercising Authors Supervision Is From The Opening Of The Construction Site, Certified By Drawing Up A Protocol For The Opening Of The Construction Site And For Determining The Construction Line And Level, Until The Signing Of The Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction. Details:The Period For The Execution Of The Contract Does Not Include The Time For Review Of The Submitted Investment Project, The Time For Coordination With The Competent Authorities/Persons And Operating Companies Of The Prepared Investment Project, As Well As The Time Required For The Assessment Of Compliance Under Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of The Zut, As Well As All Other Coordination Terms And Those For Issuing The Relevant Permits;The Deadline For The Implementation Of Activity 2 Can Be Suspended If The Legislative Prerequisites Are Met And In Compliance With The Established Order;
