The Ministry Of Defense Announces The Opening Of An Open Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract, On The Basis Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1 And Para. 2, Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 2, Letter C, Art. 73, Para. 1, Art. 81, Para. 1 And Art. 82, Para. 1 Of The Zop, With The Subject: Delivery Of Tents For The Bulgarian Army (Ba), Modular Type Without Air Conditioning Systems By Separate Positions - Framework Agreements, As Follows:- Separate Position No. 1 - Delivery Of Tents For Ba, Modular Type With Lightweight (Metal) Construction, Without Air Conditioning System;- Separate Position No. 2 - Delivery Of Tents For Ba, Modular Type With Pneumatic Construction, Without Air Conditioning System.Training Of 10 /Ten/ People For Operating And Servicing Staff Of The Ba Tents In Both Separate Positions, According To A Program Agreed With A Representative Of The Contractor. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Conclude Framework Agreements For Each Specific Position With One Contractor And Determine All The Conditions Therein, Without Subsequently Conducting An Internally Competitive Selection. Deadline For Order Fulfillment:Framework Agreements Are Valid Until Their Total Value Is Reached, But No Later Than 4 Years From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement.
