The Goal Is To Supplement Field Data To Provide Precise, Validated And High-Level Accuracy Research And Results To Outline The Relationship Of Climate Change To Changes In The Chemical Composition, Organoleptic Profile And Biological Potential Of Grapes And Wine, Generating Consistent Implementation Of Sustainable Practices To Fight The Climate Footprint And Establish Economic Viability.The Activity Is Financed As Part Of The Project Adaptation Of Viticulture To Climate Change By Applying Ecosystem Measures To Maintain Economic Viability (Viticlimrobg–Hard Robg00370), Under The Interreg Vi-A Romania-Bulgaria Program, Specific Objective: 2.4 — Promotion Of Adaptation To Climate Change, Disaster Risk Prevention And Resilience, Taking Into Account Ecosystem Approaches.The Description, Requirements And Mineral Technical Characteristics Of The Analyzer Are Specified In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Participation Documentation.
