In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, A Construction And Installation Contractor For The Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of Yuriy Gagarin Street In The Village Of Dragash Voivoda, Municipality Of Nikopol - Stage 2, In The Section From 0+750Km To 1+054.10Km, Should Be Identified.In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, It Is Planned To Carry Out Construction And Installation Works For The Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of Yuriy Gagarin Street In The Village Of Dragash Voivoda, Municipality Of Nikopol - Stage 2, In The Section From 0+750Km To 1+054.10Km, Including: • Execution Of Construction - Installation Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Workforce And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Bills;• Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Warranty Terms Start From The Day The Construction Site Is Put Into Operation.An Investment Project Has Been Prepared, Agreed And Approved For The Site And A Construction Permit No. 87 Of 22.12.2022 Of The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Nikopol Has Been Issued, Supplemented By An Order Of The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Nikopol Of 24.01.2024, According To Which The Construction Is Of The Fourth Category.There Is A Prepared, Approved And Agreed Investment Project For The Construction, Which Covers The Entire Length Of The Street – From 0+000 Km To 1+054.10 Km. In Accordance With The Project And The Issued Construction Permit, A Phased Implementation Phase Has Been Introduced, According To Which 2 Separate Implementation Phases Are Defined. The Subject Of This Order Is Only Stage 2, Covering The Section From 0+750 Km To 1+054.10 Km, According To The Issued Construction Permit. Sidewalks Do Not Fall Within The Scope Of The Order And Should Not Be Planned For Implementation.The Contractor Will Carry Out The Activities Assigned To Him In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation.Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In Part Ii Technical Specification And The Investment Project, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
