The Implementation Of The Order Aims To Ensure Continuity And Continuation Of Operation And To Ensure The Necessary Level Of Maintenance Of The Integrated Electronic Passenger Charging System (Icetp) And Passenger Information System, As Well As Technological Provision Of The Integrated Digital Channels For Charging And Selling Vehicle Documents For Mass Public Urban Transport On The Territory Of The City Of Vratsa. Licensing Rights Will Be Granted For The Delivered Software Products, Including Core And Application Software, As Well As Provision Of Infrastructure For The Centrally Deployed Software. Post-Warranty Support Includes The Removal Of Critical And Non-Critical Software Defects That Occurred During The Functioning Of The Supplied Components Against The Documented Parameters And Discrepancies With The Operational And Technical Documentation. Providing Integration Of The Ietp With The Tixi Maas Platform For Contactless Bank Payments, As Well As Providing Integration With The Mpass Mobile Application For Purchasing And Using Qr-Code Based Vehicle Documents. Support Activities Include Post-Warranty Support Of The Following Information Assets And Environments And Associated Activities:• Centralized Software And Specialized Application Software Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And Guaranteeing The Operability Of The Implemented Software And Hardware Solutions, As Well As The Adjacent Databases;• Integration And Communication Interfaces;• Infrastructure Components;• Ensuring Security Of Information;• Service Level Assurance. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include Warranty And Technical Support Of Equipment And Hardware Components And Does Not Include Replacements, Repairs And Other Unforeseen Activities, But The Contractor Must, If Necessary, Carry Out Diagnostics And Provide Possible Options For Action, Including, If Necessary And At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, Provide Options For Equipment Replacement, Installation Or Other Necessary Actions.​​​​​​​
