Rijnland Water Board Is Preparing A European Public Tender For The Design, Realization, Commissioning, Multi-Year Operation And Multi-Year Maintenance Of A Green Gas Installation At The Haarlem Waarderpolder Wwtp. The Installation Is Part Of The Overarching Project For Renovation And New Construction Of The Wwtp, Including The Renovation And Expansion Of The Sludge And Gas Line, The New Construction Of The Water Line And The Construction Of A New Service Building. The Sewage Sludge Produced At The Wwtp Is Centrally Digested. The Resulting Biogas Is Partly Upgraded Into Green Gas, Partly Used For The Wwtps Own Energy Needs And Processed For The Production Of Liquid Co₂. The Sale Of Green Gas And Liquid Co₂ And The Financing Of The Work Are The Responsibility Of The Contracting Authority And Are Not Part Of The Contract. The Assignment Is Expected To Include At Least: Receipt And Conditioning Of Biogas; Upgrading Of Biogas To Green Gas Quality; Separation, Purification, Liquefaction And Storage Of Co₂; Compression, Measuring And Control Facilities And Facilities For Feeding In Green Gas; Process Automation And Control; Electrical, Mechanical And Contractually Assigned Civil Engineering And Construction Facilities; Gas Safety And Explosion Safety Facilities; Testing, Verification, Validation And Commissioning; Demonstrating Agreed System Performance; Training, Instruction, Documentation, Certification And Transfer; Multi-Year Operation, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Fault Follow-Up And Process Optimization.
