1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Called Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Former Brewery Building In Święcice For The Needs Of An Emergency Shelter. 2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: A.Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design (Descriptive And Drawing Part) Together With Decision No. 234/2026 Approving The Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design, B. Technical Designs In The Following Industries: Construction, Sanitary, Electrical (Descriptive And Drawing Part), C. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), Provided That: In The Event Of Repeal Of The Standards Indicated In The Stwior, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Standards That Replaced The Repealed Standards,  The Provisions Of The Stwior Apply To The Extent That They Do Not Conflict With The Provisions Of The Construction Design Or Swz With Annexes.Bill Of Quantities, Subject To The Contractors Obligation To Deliver And Install An Information Board Informing That The Ordering Party Has Obtained The Subsidy Referred To In Section 6 Below, Corresponding To The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Earmarked Funds (Item Not Included In The Projects, Stwior And Bill Of Quantities).
