1) Part 1 Of The Order: Repair Of Sections Of A Forest Road In The Wierzbiny Forestry Unit. 117 In The Scope Of: Construction Of Drainage Pits By The Road, Supplementing The Road Body (Filling The Pits In The Road), Leveling The Existing Road, Supplementing The Road Body With Natural Aggregate With A Layer Of Thickness. 10 Cm, The Subject Of The Order, And In Particular The Construction Works Included In Its Scope, Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, I.E.: Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Repair Location Plan, Drawings Specifying The Proper Method Of Carrying Out Repairs, Applicable Legal Regulations And Principles Of Construction Practice, And In Accordance With The Contract, The Terms Of Which Are Presented In Annex No. 4 To The Swz And Other Annexes To The Swz. Bill Of Quantities - Constituting The Annex To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract Is Of Auxiliary And Illustrative Value In Relation To Plans And (Execution) Drawings. The Bill Of Quantities Describes Only Construction Works Without Other Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Construction Works And Other Activities Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Contract, Not Only Those Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Is Indicative And Contains A List Of The Estimated Number Of Construction Works In The Technological Sequence Of Their Execution, With The Calculation Of The Quantity And Indication Of The Basis For The Valuation: For Each Part Of The Order, The Ordering Party Envisages Concluding A Separate Contract According To The Template Indicated In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Each Part Of The Order Will Be Billed Separately. . The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Construction Works And Other Activities Necessary To Complete The Order, Not Only Those Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Is Indicative And Contains A List Of The Estimated Number Of Construction Works In The Technological Sequence Of Their Execution, With The Calculation Of The Quantity And Indication Of The Basis For The Valuation. The Proper Execution Of The Order Will Be Confirmed By The Ordering Party By Preparing A Final Acceptance Report Of The Works, Which Will Include This Statement. The Contractor At The Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular The Works, Is Obliged To Comply With The Occupational Health And Safety Rules And Fire Protection Regulations. The Ordering Party Will Establish Investors (Internal) Supervision For The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Has An Absolute Obligation To Follow The Instructions Of The Person Performing This Supervision. Estimated Remuneration. Payment Deadline – Up To 21 Days. The Invoice May Be Issued After Final Acceptance And After Preparation Of The Final Acceptance Report. The Contractor Will Keep An Internal Construct
