1. The Subject Of The Task Is The Modernization Of The Buildings Of The Art Exhibitions Office And The Former Music School. The Investment Is In The Design And Build Formula, Therefore The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation, And 2) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation Referred To In Point 3.2.1) Swz.2. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation Including: Construction Design (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design) And A Multi-Discipline Executive Design; 2) Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Approvals Resulting From Generally Applicable And Internal Regulations Regarding The Specifications Of The Subject Of The Contract; 3) Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Allowing The Implementation Of The Investment; 4) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates And A Summary Of Investment Costs; 5) Execution Of Earthworks Along With The Care And Protection Of Existing Trees; 6) Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works In The Bwa Building And The Former Seat Of The State Music School In Accordance With The Construction And Technical Design; 7) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; 8) Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations And Inspections With The Participation Of The Ordering Party; 9) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.5. Swz.4.The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And Other Documents Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz. 5. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Min. 36 Months And Warranty For Defects For A Period Of 6 Months From The End Of The Warranty Period. Note: Additional Warranty For Works (Warranty Extension Period) Is Subject To Scoring In Accordance With The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In Point 30.2. Swz.6.The Ordering Party Informs That The Indications Of Common Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, And Photos That May Appear In The Swz Together With Annexes In The Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serve Only To Determine The Visual, Technical And Qualitative Features. Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Should Be Treated As Examples - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin.
