5.1 Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is Reconstruction Of Bolesława Chrobrego Street In Świdnica (Hereinafter Referred To As The Order) - Municipal Road No. 111835D, On Plots No. 679, 3262, 3240, 488, Registry District No. 0004 Śródmieście. 2. The Order Involves The Reconstruction Of A Road With A Total Length Of 151 M Along With The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage Network And Street Lighting. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Area Of The Historic Urban Layout - A Historic Urban Center, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments By The Decision Of December 27, 1957, Under Number 470. While Carrying Out Earthworks, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Notify The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments (Hereinafter Referred To As: Wkz) In Wrocław About The Commencement And Completion Date Of The Works Indicated In The Decision, About Referred To In Section 6, Points 1)-2) Below, 2) Ensuring, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, That Archaeological Research Is Carried Out By An Authorized Archaeologist, Based On The Agreed Archaeological Research Program, Which Will Supervise The Planned Earthworks Without Affecting Their Scope; 3) Covering The Costs Of Conservation Documentation Based On Archaeological Research - Permission To Conduct Archaeological Research Must Be Obtained Before Starting Work In The Field, 4) Immediately Notifying The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Wrocław About Threats Or New Circumstances Revealed During The Implementation Of Construction Works.Earthworks In The Area Of ​​Greenery, I.E. Trees And Shrubs, Should Take Into Account The Following Conditions: 1) It Is Prohibited To Damage Or Destroy Shrubs Or Trees In The Investment Area, Including Trunks, Branches And The Root Zone. 2) Protection Zones Should Be Established For Trees Located Near The Place Of Work. The Minimum Size Of The Protection Zone Should Be Equal To The Outline Of The Crown Of A Given Tree, Not Smaller Than The Root Hazard Zone For Individual Tree Species.3) Vehicle Crossings And The Storage Of Excavated Material And Construction Materials Must Not Be Located In The Protection Zones; Existing Hardened Paths And Squares Are Excluded From The Protection Zones.4) During The Works, Exposed Tree Root Systems Should Be Protected Against Drying Out By Covering Them With Fabric Or Mats, And They Should Be Sprinkled To Prevent Them From Drying Out.5) Cutting The Structural Roots Of Trees Is Prohibited.
